This policy explains what personal data Cartoon Studio collects and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Content: projects, scripts, uploaded images and audio, and rendered videos.
• Payment data: order details and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay or PayPal and never stored by us. For UPI payments we store the transaction reference and any screenshot you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and log data used for security and troubleshooting.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send important account emails, answer support requests and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

To generate stories, images and voices, the text you enter may be sent to AI and speech providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft) under their terms. Payments are processed by Razorpay and PayPal. Emails are delivered through our email provider.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete projects and videos at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@example.com. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact support@example.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections should use HTTPS, and access to data is restricted to staff who need it.
