Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

• If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Once credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase is not refundable.
• If a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will extend your plan or refund you.
• Credits used by failed jobs are returned to your balance automatically.

How to request a refund

Email support@example.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. UPI refunds are sent to the paying UPI ID.
