Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cartoon Studio (https://cartoon.greatgpl.com), operated by Cartoon Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

2. Plans, credits and payments

Paid plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout and include a number of credits. Credits are used by AI story generation, image generation and video rendering as shown in the app. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Razorpay, PayPal or UPI. Manual UPI payments are activated after verification.

3. Free trial

New accounts may receive a free trial with limited credits and features. One trial per person. We may end trials that are abused.

4. Your content

You own the stories, scripts and videos you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or harassing.

5. Our content (characters, backgrounds, props, music and sound effects)

The characters, backgrounds, props, music and sound effects in the Cartoon Studio library are original works. We license them to you, worldwide and royalty-free, for use inside videos you create with the service. This includes monetised and commercial videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, ads and client work.

No credit or attribution is required. Videos you published while your account was active may stay online after your plan ends. You may not sell, share or redistribute the assets themselves (for example as image, character or music packs), use them as a trademark or logo, or register them with Content ID or any other rights-management system.

Voices are generated by third-party speech services and may be subject to their terms. Music, images and other files you upload yourself are your responsibility (section 4).

6. AI-generated output

Scripts, images and voices are produced by automated systems and may contain mistakes. Review all output before publishing. Similar output may be generated for other users.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, share your account, or use it to create spam or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app.
